A - Carrot, beta carotene
B - Anything beans EXCEPT jellybeans(Lol!), rice
C - Fruits and vegetables
D - Fish and meat and milk, and Ooh! Sunlight!

Ah... and looking from the modern and tecnological world's angle, no need for these things, just take pellets and tablets, they'll have everything, hahaha.

Vitamin A and B: Liver
Vitamin C: Citrus fruits, tomatoes and potatoes
(potatoes are also a source of vitamin B)
Vitamin D: Fatty fish (such as salmon and tuna), and one whole egg
(eggs are also a source of vitamin A
