all i want to do is get bettter. i go to see my social worker next monday, im trying to write things down to say. im just wondering, even though ive not been diagnosed with anything even though ive had mental health problems since 15, im 29 now. if i think myself that i have high anxiety which dibilitates me, racing thoughts and forgetting, inner rage, exploding anger, and problems controling it, severe problems with my confidence. very bad panic attacks. if i think i have got this, or i know which i do, im wondering where i can go to to get help for myself, and how to get help? the procedures i should take? my moods are very low constantley, but my social worker is always saying stop concentrating on the negative & look how far youve come,& im tired of him saying this when i no i still got these problems. does anyone no what i can do and how i can get the help i need? and possible plan b's if plan a's dont work. i no this will be a long haul, but at this time i feel i need empowerment

My boyfriend wants to study and take up RAD-TECH(radiology esp in MRI).I was againts when he told me that because i am scared of some feedbacks from other people. Im afraid if he cant bare a child due to radiation exposure.I knew some physician who specialized in radiology and they dont have baby so im scared and so afraid if that might happen to us in the future. I wanna have baby someday to him. Pls I need some facts/advice about this...

I've always heard that KY isn't all that friendly, and in my many experiences there, it hasn't been. I've been to Paducah and Henderson to Louisville and Lexington (the two worst) to Corbin and Prestonsburg, so I've been all over. Maybe I've just met the snobs and grouches there, but needless to say I'm not looking all too forward to the move.

I'll say this: the state sure is beautiful with its lush, green rolling hills and beautiful farms. I'll be moving to the Frankfort-Lexington area. Is this a good place to live? How is the cost of living? Quality of life? Food and attractions? Schools? Healthcare? Where is a good place to live in KY? (I've already scoped the region out carefully, I know I don't want to move to Winchester or Lawrenceburg, but anything else seems like it would be okay.)

Please keep in mind, I'm a college student with little money. I'll be attending school in KY b/c it's the most economical choice for me--though it's not my first choice (no offense to KY folk.)
