WTF. In reading your garble, I'd say match making sites aren't for everyone. Get out and actually meet people

Not so far. I've been using Yahoo for years, met some nice people and some not-so-nice people. Have made good friends and have had some good sex. But no soul mate thus far. I tried eHarmony for a month, no soap. But I think that's not so much their fault as there aren't many guys, at least in my area that fit my criteria, willing to pay the $60 bucks to join so I would get either all Caucasian men or black guys from Maryland or Virginia, none in my area. Match.com sucks, tried it for a few days. It's like a combination between Yahoo and eHarmony, a lot of the same guys from Yahoo seem to use Match, so it hasn't really yielded any results either.

That's my luck though. I've heard stories and know people who did meet online and are happily married. I guess it's a crap shoot.

Good luck.

That's just a marketing strategy by the website owners. They pick a couple out of the millions of people on their site who actually marry and make it seem like a common thing in their commercials.

And if this is a personal friend who says this then, no offense, but, they are probably not the most socially adept and their minds make them believe that they will definitely find his/her soulmate online.

I don't use the term 'soulmate' to refer to someone who is a good romantic match, because someone who touches our soul in the way a 'soulmate' would, could be a romantic partner or a friend (either sex)...the word is not synomyous with lover...

Can you find a fabulous romantic partner online? Sure...I've known many people who have...marriages have been spawned from online meetings (through dating sites, social sites, hobby sites, etc)....but it also still happens the "old fashioned" way through meeting out in the real world somehow...

We never know when or where we're going to meet someone who'll just knock us head over heels...it can happen anywhere...any time...

I met my current boyfriend online and we have been dating for almost three years now. I truly believe that we will be together for the long run. Now, is he my soulmate? I'm not sure about that. I thought I met my soulmate years ago and we broke up. Still think he might be my soulmate but I love and want to be with my current boyfriend forever.

Most of them gate thir mates online. How many of them have celebrated thier golden jublee of relationship ?

Soulmates are not 'DVD Players' whom you can shop online. You will spend your most beautiful moment with him/her. Exercise the options carefully. You may find him/her at a pub/restaurant/beach/park/school any day.Keep on looking and don't make efforts.

meeting someone online certainly isnt my thing and i have never done it, but it does have its merits, i mean you get to talk to a person and get toknow and like them before all the superficial bull like looks get in the way.... its almost like reading a book before you look at the cover... so you will meet someone with genuine same interests and things as you who arent going / not ong after you becasuse of looks...

like ive said ive never done it never plan to its not for me, but for some people it works, what ever makes you happy... and there are success stories.. i mean my best friend met her husband onlin just through Yahoo chat they werent even looking

Ask your angels to help you meet your soulmate. I met mine online, but we had both asked for a soulmate, and we were both led to each other online. Your angels and guides can hook you up if you ask them to.

People probably couldn't understand a word you say. Get an education and maybe you'll catch a girl!
