I'm woman 152 pounds at 5'8". I am seventeen and have put myself on a vegan diet. I am trying to cut out my wheat and starch intake in hope to get around 135 pounds.I have cut out soft drinks for about 3 months now. I am beginning to jog 1 to 2 miles daily. Is their anything else anyone can suggest to help me get to my goal? Any advice would really be appreciated.

When you have problems(break ups, death in the family etc) --- do hear: get over it , that's too bad and well, that's life; but when it's someone else(friends/associates) having similar issues they want your sympathy and your shoulder to lean on....
I have noticed this trend over the last few years and it seems to be increasing....

Today my husband asked me if nail polish is safe for me to use during my pregnancy because of the fumes. I remember hearing that hair dye isn't safe either during pregnancy but I dont' remember if it was from a reliable source or not. What does it mean. Please no additional derogatory remarks if it is a raciest term.

The reason I want to know is that I have a wild rabbit named Beaner because he ate all my green beans and he lives in my garden and he is like a pet to us now. We have asked God to give us a bountiful harvest if we share it with Beaner and so far he has. But I would hate to be calling Beaner or talking to him and have the neighbors think I was talking about them and not to my rabbit.
