is it normal for one of your balls be bigger then the other one?

Yes it sure is. This goes for all men. Nothing wrong with one being bigger or smaller than the other. This is just a part of being a man. It like women have one breast bigger than the other. That just part of being a woman. Nothing wrong with you though. Just go on with life and you will be fine like all the other men out there in the world.

ummmmm i am not a male but i am a nurse and i have see this many times in emergency rooms and there is a problem called inflammation with a few test from the doctor can be help with an antibotic sorry i answerd but i was only trying to be of help and you should have that checked out as soon as you can it may lead to other illness to !

If you've just noticed it--could be that it has grown bigger recently? If so, you should get checked for testicular cancer.
