Probably organics from cars. Nutrients would be second, but nature can take some load and eventually rid herself of these.

After a storm, the immediate concern is the fecal bacteria from pets and animals.
Long term concerns are those persistent organic compounds from pesticides/herbicides that accumulate in the aquatic environment.
There's also issues with the pollution from automobiles, litter, and silt. Like plastic material and cigarette butts - not just unsightly but kill a lot of fish, birds, and mammals.
