Guys and girl have sex. Girl tells guy that she was told by a doctor that she can't get pregnant. She gets pregnant anyway. Guy doesnt want baby, girl does and keeps baby and files CS. Guy is taking her to court to fight because he does not want baby and feels that he shouldn't have to pay. He says that if he did want the baby and the mother didnt' and she wanted to abort it, he wouldn't have a choice in that either. He feels that it's not fair that the man has no choice just because the woman is the one who carries and it's her body.

now don't get me wrong, Jim Varney is irreplaceable (just like peter sellers to the pink panther movies), but with Hollywood's lack of originality, it's only a matter of time before they try to make another Ernest movie [my bet is within the next 5-10 years at the most]. so then, who could do it best?

I speak Spanish and I've studied some French, but it amazes me that I can actually read and understand Portuguese, Catalan, and some Italian as well without ever having studied them (mostly, of course there are words and usages unique to each of them) . I can't do Romanian, though... no matter how hard my Romanian friend tries with me :) . So, I've got the Romance languages almost down. What are your experiences with languages in other families?

It's the best thing about languages, you know one in a family and you're already halfway to the rest.

Will he really call for a warrant if I say no?

He said he would, and that it would be easier if I just let him search my car. I told him I'd rather he didn't, and he told me he would call for a warrant to search- But he got called away on "more urgent business", and let me go on my way.

Was this just an intimidation thing, or would he have really gotten a warrant? I am in CA.

I think their defense sucks, and they can only score early in their game. so there offense is overrated. and there not even suppose to be in the semi's, they cheated on the Argentina match. but i dont think Germany will get to the finals, Italy might beat them 2-0. their defense sucks, it i'll be easy for a fast team like Italy to score.

How weak you think their defense are? and how wayyyy overrated you think their offense are?
