I always drink 2 cup of water after getting 20 ml of nyquil the cough medicine, im wondering if water or any form of liquid have any effect on the medicine i just took. Would it have any effect at all regards with more effectiveness or less?

my bf really loves his religion,he tell me he can lose his family and his relationship just to be a real & true muslim.He ask me if we get married i have to convert in islam if not he's not sure that he will marry me.And i don't want this will happen that he left me coz of religion.it was very hard for me converting my religion but for the sake of my love for him maybe i will do it eventhough i know i will lose everything on me,my family,friends and my country,specially my religion..i will be very far to my family if i decide to marry him and convert coz he will bring me to his own land.My life will be change if i marry him but i don't know why on the side of my mind tells go for it marry him and convert but on my other side of mind tells if i marry him,maybe it will very2 hard for me.I'm crazy inlove with him but why he cannot marry me if i don't convert in islam?i don't know what to do now.pls help me!

I have a min pin and he keeps getting a bad case of fleas. I keep a flea collar on him, I give him a flea bath every two weeks, I only take him outside to go to the bathroom, and the house is not infested with fleas.

I hiked to the top of a very tall mountain yesterday 12 mile round trip 11,750 feet is the elevation that I hiked to. Might I add it's hard to breathe up there but well worth it. Anyway. Today I am sunburned and my muscles ache really bad. Any suggestions?

I'm going to superior court tomorrow in North Carolina, because last month I was convicted of passing a school bus. I don't believe I did this. The court has changed the date of the incident three times (from May 31st to May 15 to March 15 and lastly to March 31st) I recieved the ticket in June 05 and wa not convicted until June 06. The bus driver does not remember what time the incident occurred, and although I do not have a copy of the ticket in my posesson (took for evidence?) I don't believe the road names match up. All they have against me is that the bus driver wrote down my plate number...on a piece of paper she no longer has. I have no record, and if I honestly believed I had passed the school bus I would be glad to atone for it. Just looking for ya'lls thoughts.

Caused from severe abuse as a child from age 0 to 14 when I moved out. Started therapy with medications at age of 16 but it never helped & I was told that I may never be able to fully feel things like happiness & love. I have tried to be a good mother and by showing that I love them but I can't control my temper & end up yelling a lot. My husband always gets mad at me because I can't show or tell him I love him like he wants & don't really have sex too much even though I do but when I try to say it or become affectionate first I just can't & get panic attacks. This last week has been hard. I found out that my husband has been online searching for women in our area & my mother who cause most of PTSD started acting crazy again which I will NEVER allow around kids & I think all of this did something because I have not been able to eat, sleep, breath, slow my heart down & can't get images from the internet logs & pictures of women he wanted out of my mind. I feel like I am dying

My 3 month old son is sick with flu and having a lot of mucus, he is coughing and having difficulty drinking milk. I have brought him to the doctor but the medicines doesn't seem to be working.
Any solutions or recommendation for a good children doctor?

My g/f's father walked out, and left her family w/ all the bills and all that to pay. Everything legal was worked out, and they started getting bakc-on-track. Her mom was digonosed w/ breast cancer last year, and as things were getting better w/ money, she passed. She is an only child, and has no family around here, She has to stay w/ someone for 2 weeks until they finish final paperwork and all that, then she can go to her grandmother in FL, or her aunt in Cali. She chose to stay w/ me. She has been getting sick. Her stomach hurts, back hurts, everything just hurts. She feels pukish and isnt keeping food down. She has been tired and seems to be getting quieter and quieter. I drove her to her doc who ran alot of tests and found nothing. We know somthing is rong, and r going in 1 week for a 2nd round of tests at another doctor. Ok here is the wierd part- pain meds R not working. In between doc appts, how can i A: make the pain lessen? How do i comfort her?9 wanna make her feel betta.
