I thought it was entertaining enough. The special effects were great. However, the storyline and plot veered totally away from the comic books. I understand that it's hard to explain the origins of the Phoenix, but what they did was kind of ridiculous and hard to take. Plus, making Magneto and Mystique non-mutants amoung other plot twists? What??? Maybe I'm being too much of a purist....

I like language exchange with someone from japan, but i noticed some of them even in japan whom i talked to by voice chat, have this american accent even in japanese. Is it that they try so much to sound American and do'nt even care about their own language? But then, why would they forget their accent IN japan. it's not like they live in America. And also, why would they even do that, maybe they hate their culture? Actually some japanese i've talked to in the chats say they just hang out with Americans and do'nt like japanese.. strange.. very strange.. anyways, whatever..

I am not mexican but i'm from the caribbean..I been here in the u.s since i was 6 and im 18 now. Went to school, graduated high school and got my diploma. I have just installed & mounted a new 42" flat panel tv above my fireplace. Since it is a High Definition tv my cable company requires me to use a cable box in order to receive the HD signal. However, now I can't figure a good place to put the cable box. Where could I put the cable box without it looking out of place or awkward? I thought of putting the cable box in another location within the room but the only outlet for the cable wire is behind where the tv hangs now. (it s a brand new home and the cable was wired to this location specifically for a flat panel.) The fireplace does not have a mantle either.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

If you believe in "God" or in the Divine, don't you believe He/She created the universe, INCLUDING the stars, planets and constellations? Why, then, is it considered evil or BS to believe that God had a plan/system when He/She put things where they are. So, if "God" created everything, then that includes the constellations, planets, stars, etc. that form the basis of astrology. How do you know he didn't have a pattern with significance?

I had an interview a month ago, and the girl that she was interviewing me, she told me that in order for her to hire me I need to change my hair color (which is dark red – normal one not crazy red) and she old me that I have to work on my English because I don’t say some things properly. She said that I need to take English classes, and am sitting there and looking at her and thinking, lady I have three degrees (all in 4 years), just got my masters and I passed them all with my English, which is I think super, and will never be fluent because I’m not from US, but anyways I thought that was offensive, and I really want to do something about it.

Maybe the Libs are right. Maybe Bush should sit back, do nothing and let the Muslim exremists take over the world. The Muslims may be right, we should make America like the Middle East. There would be no fighting over religion, there would only be one religion, and it would be the manditory state religion! Athiest, Jews, Christians and any other non-muslems would have their heads handed to them. We wouldn't have to worry about women's rights, there wouldn't be any rights for women. Wouldn't have to worry about education, all you need to know is in the Koran. Wouldn't have to worry about sex and vulgarity on the TV -- state run Muslim TV won't have anything but news and religion. Won't have to worry about crime. Criminals (unless you are part of the ruling class) face chopped off body parts for first offense, death for next.

I have been online for over 10 years now and it has been only in the last 3 or 4 years that I have noticed people typing in a sort of Shorthand code. I just don't see the point in it. Half the people can't read it and the rest can't type in it. so what good does it do?
