So my co-worker is really cute and i have had a major crush on since i worked at my job for like yrs. we have fooled around with each other as we pass each other in the hallway or something... the thing is that i want more. but relationships inside the work place is forbidden. what do i do

oohh, forbidden, that makes it exciting and naughty. go for it but keep it on the down low. And when you want to break it off all you have to do is give an anonymous tip at work and they'll make you break up! sweet deal.

You will have to hide your relationship but eventually you will probably get caught. Is this worth losing your job over? One of you should probably look for another job if you want the relationship.

You find out if your coworker feels the same way. If not, then you find someone else. If they do feel the same way then one of you needs to look for another job.

i believe in keeping your personal life separate so as long as the two of you can keep your relationship(if there will be one)between the two of you while in the workplace then i see no problem with you telling him how you really feel about him
