Looking to do an overnighter from San Diego to Vegas on a Sat/Sun, I don't care about staying on the strip or even in Vegas, just need a place to sleep, and it could be an hour outside of LV, already looked into Primm to give you an idea of how far I'd head out of LV to sleep. Any ideas about Fremont St area are welcome as long as it's safe. Any other tips welcomed.

Play a concertina one handed, while hopping on one foot, would you go to Fishermen’s Warf in San Francisco and bilk the tourists?

So i'm going back there for thanksgiving after a couple of months away. I never liked SD while there, it was just sooo boring and pre-fabricated. Well, since I'm going to be stuck for a week, I might as well do something semi-fun. What is there? And nothing touristy (ie zoo, beach, balboa park, etc).

My sister is getting married there on December 15th, so we will be there for the weekend. We want something fun to do, both for 21+ and younger (no less then 15 years).

So what are some good places? Like restaurants, shows, etc. Are there any good types of shows going on then? We are already planning on going to Circus Circus, but other then that we are really lost.

Thanks for any and all suggestions :]

My family and I are going to Colorado next month, and we have Vail as a place we want to visit for a day. We don't want to ski. We just want to have fun in the snow and get a nice view of the mountains. Are lift tickets necessary to enter Vail? How do they work?

I haven't been to NYC since 2000, and we're going to see the Radio City Christmas Show. I may cancel, though, as I will constantly fear something exploding...any advice?

This is a question from my mother! She's really into poker and loves to go to tournaments, and she'd like to plan a trip to California to play poker and stay in a nice hotel (she's into hotels, too!). She'd like a place where she could go to various tournaments in a weekend, so she's wondering if there's some particular city or area where there'd be a lot going on closeby. She'd also like to find a nice hotel with an indoor pool (since she's hoping to go this winter). Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated!! Thank you! :)

I heard from a co-worker that Northern Wisconsin apparently have the coldest winters in the country. Is this true?

I have a question about traffic on the 118 & 210 freeway.
I live in Pacoima and might get a jobin sylmar, it would require me to take both of those freeways. Is there a lot of traffic @ around 6:50 am? If so what are my options. Should I go down foothill
