I have lived in AZ for 13 years now and the only thing I have ever heard about Kingman is that it is a not a safe place for people of color. If you are black you should drive through and DO NOT stop unless you have to. Most black people in PHX that I know that have been there call it "Klansmen" AZ Oh yeah why bring up Louisiana? I've been there and the states residents are the warmest you'd ever meet, White and Black

I was born and raised in Kingman, people of all races in the school albeit mostly white nothing racist was ever said (born there stayed till 5, came back from age 13 to 24. I now live in Austin TX the supposedly most "and weird" accepting city in the nation (atleast they boast this whether true or not) everyone and anyone is here, walk down the street and want to see a guy with a pink teddy bear tail out his pants? come here. Austin TX however, is extremely racist, whites vs blacks..Hispanics yelling curses and racial slurs... asians staring down any mixed couples etc etc.

Having married an Asian (viet) woman and having a child (i am mixed white/black/native american - although i look white) and born/raised during my crucial years in kingman this proves not all Kingmanites are racist. I worked at the hasting and frontier for years and partook of many events.

Long story short, Kingman is not racist... just old... my gparents are there, many of their friends are there, ppl retire there daily... there are no jobs so ppl are bitter, and there is a wrong side of the tracks (trailer park there etc) but as i visit yearly and am thinking of moving back... i also see that the asian population has increased from 9 ppl (2002 stats) to almost 330 (2013 stats)... same with african american & hispanic... that if this was truly a racist city... these ppl would not be here. I am not a fan of Kingman, i hate the place only because i grewup here and dont we all want to strike out and see the world?... but vs Austin, TX albeit i can get a job anyday of the week within 72 hrs at something such as a medical company or tech support... i would choose Kingman over its simplicity and dry heat vs humidity.

It's just that it's a hick town. My father in law lives there & we visit every fall.

Small towns are a little less w/ the times & the thought of discrimination simply does not enter some brains - I think of it as 20 yrs behind times.

There are no waiters, only waitresses - men don't do that! The one black guy I did see was driving away leaving his pregnant white girlfriend on the corner holding a 2 yr old.......so it's not racist.....just lower income & a different mentality.

I'm sure it depends a lot on your chice of area to live in & where you work......there are good & bad parts. There's even a "wrong side of the tracks" there. :P

Have you ever even been to Louisiana. Don't assume the state is racist just because of some of the miss reporting about one small town in the state.

To put it as si, Imple as possible, you bet your life this place is racist. I am not one who experiences racism on a regular. I treat all people as what they are: people. I don't ask for much. However, upon visiting the local Ihop off exit 51, off I 40 east, I can confirm that racism is still alive and intact in the great city of Kingsman, AZ. To begin, it took well over 10 minutes to get a waitstaff to address our table. The waiter asked us if we knew what we wanted, no drink order; he just lumped the whole thing together. No one checked on us.. He finally asked if we were done as he put the bill on the table. Wow.

The training received by ability of JWs is a similar the global over. All talks from the platform might want to favor to comply with Society training. All public talks might want to favor to receive from a Society outline (that's so exhaustive it leaves little room for something). Even ideas given by ability of JWs to questions from the platform might want to favor to trust what the Society has printed. No deviation from Society training is tolerated. The administration exercised from headquarters is so strict that all and assorted conserving to a differing concept on any element might want to both might want to favor to % up and positioned up, or go away the corporate. This uniformity, which JWs boast about publicly, isn't biblical, as even a cursory interpreting of the present testomony shows. Paul said there have been many 'disputable concerns' that would want to favor to no longer be argued over. The Watchtower Society tolerates no dispute about something. Christian denominations agree solidly on the foundational, important doctrines of the religion, yet they take excitement in others distinctives. Cultural differences are also absorbed in healthful Christian circles. yet at the same time as any JW disagrees about something, he dare no longer voice it publicly, so the real answer for your Q is, 'particular, yet really publicly.'
