Does anybody live around the 818 in CA?

I have a question about traffic on the 118 & 210 freeway.
I live in Pacoima and might get a jobin sylmar, it would require me to take both of those freeways. Is there a lot of traffic @ around 6:50 am? If so what are my options. Should I go down foothill

i live in La Crescenta & trust me foothill lights will take you too long.
at 6:50am, you can easily go a good 85-90 mph
so dont worry, no traffic

that early the traffic should't be that bad
