I'll be staying at Hawthorne for the second and third weeks of November. I wanted to know how fast I can get to manhattan and what means of transportation there are. It might also be helpful to know what events are going on in the period.

My wife & I are staying in North Olmsted, and attending this Sunday's Cleveland Browns/Miami Dolphins game. We've never been to Cleveland, what's the easiest way to get to the stadium (and back) from N. Olmsted? I saw something about RTA (bus), but I wasn't sure if that was the most convenient way to go. I appreciate hearing from anyone with any experience in this.

When I use Orbitz.com, I notice that to rent a car for a week, it's anywhere from $104 to $350 for any economy sized vehicle. I don't mind spending some money, but I'd like to know why there is such a broad range in price for essentially similar cars.

Maybe 30 years ago but today New York is one of the largest slums on earth. Old habits don't die? It's an old, poor, crime ridden city and the only thing tourists see is just the center of Manhatten. If they travelled around the city they would need a bodyguard and a bag to vomit into. NY is a DUMP.

My husband and I are going to Reno for a week-long work convention. Our days will be tied up, but nights free. I have been looking at travel sites and haven't found anything that shows me the regular shows...only the headlining concerts...which are of course when we aren't there LOL. I've noticed an increase in ants at my house (parents house)...in the pantry, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink. My apartment in Austin has an ant problem too.

My mom & dad keep the house very clean. My younger brothers even keep their rooms clean and still, there is a lot of ants.

I am headed to DC with my son on Oct 20th and was wondering what places that would be great to show a 8 year old Bear scout? I was hearing about a mall that you can pretty much walk to all the sites? Do you need to pay for parking or do you know of a good spot to get around the parking fees?
