My husband and I are going to Reno for a week-long work convention. Our days will be tied up, but nights free. I have been looking at travel sites and haven't found anything that shows me the regular shows...only the headlining concerts...which are of course when we aren't there LOL. Is there anyting to do besides gamble for those who aren't renting a car? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

well, you really are out of luck!!! There's not too much to do in Reno without a car. When you arrive at your hotel, get one of the papers that tell al the local entertainment for the week. There ARE loads of free lounge acts at most of the casinos, dancing places with live bands, etc. as well as fairly inexpensive long-running shows at most casinos. Too bad you won't have a car- a trip to Tahoe or Virginia City shouldn't be missed while in the area! have a great time and good luck!
