My wife & I are staying in North Olmsted, and attending this Sunday's Cleveland Browns/Miami Dolphins game. We've never been to Cleveland, what's the easiest way to get to the stadium (and back) from N. Olmsted? I saw something about RTA (bus), but I wasn't sure if that was the most convenient way to go. I appreciate hearing from anyone with any experience in this.

The first suggestion is the best one: drive to an RTA rapid station and take the RTA rapid to Tower City. Then walk to Cleveland Browns Stadium. It will cost you $3.00 or $3.50 round trip per person. The buses only run once per hour on Sundays so definitely do the rapid. Also - leave yourself plenty of time - the gates of the stadium are bogged down with long lines due to security checks. If you show up 15-20 minutes prior to kickoff you may still be standing outside the stadium waiting to get through the sea of people and the security checkpoints.

I agree with the first person you can call RTA to find out further details, they usually have more buses running on game days despite weekend schedules. (216)621-9500

It cost $3.50 for an all day pass. I ride the RTA all the time but I am sorry I am not familiar with N. Olmsted, I am an Eastsider.
Have fun at the game! Go Browns!

If you are not driving you could take the bus:
-75X bus is a good bet, it will take like 40 minutes of city streets
-22 all the way down Lorain may take a little longer
-263 N.Olmsted Circulator which might go downtown but will take you to the aiport where you can take the Rapid
all these ways will take you to public square and then just walk a couple blocks, towards the lake basically north -past the old church
