Boulevard Mall is a lower priced mall...more average type stores.
Also check the Fashion Show Mall on the strip, its a mix of mid-range and high-end stores.
There are also great bargins at the Prime outlets mall, north of the strip-check it out!

I work in a casino here in Vegas, and every time i turn around. Guest's are coming back with bags from ROSS, your find one right down on the strip and on just about every street corner.
