My boyfriend and I are planning a road trip this spring from where we live (near Toronto, ON) to the East coast provinces. We'd like to go through Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on where to stay, or even, what to make sure to see.

Thanks!

I need to get from Maple Avenue (at a point near the intersection with Mockingbird) to the closest grocery store...I think there's an Albertson's uptown at 3524 McKinney

I tried looking at the DART website, but it's very confusing and I don't even know exactly what type of shuttle/route I'm supposed to take. I just moved to the city very recently.

Can anyone help me figure out how to do this? I don't have a car and I'm in desperate need of groceries.

Only reply if you have anything to contribute as its ridiculous the number of people who reply with unhelpful comments just so they can gain points!

I love to get the real life advice! We will be staying downtown but have scheduled enough time to do some exploring. The strip doesn't do much for me but, since it is my husbands first time there, we are planning a day at the strip. Hoover Dam? Shows? Other sites not within Las Vegas? Thank you in advance.

The last time I went to Vegas we were able to order a magazine that had shows listings of the time we would be there. Any suggestions? I know I could search the web but I would prefer a printed version.

Anyone go to Haloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios in Orlando? We took my 16-year-old son and his best friend. It was very intense, disturbing. They know EXACTLY how to scare you !!

It was during "homecoming" for a high school last Saturday. Thousands of people were there that night. Was wild and fun.

I am planning a move with my 9 year old son to downtown Cleveland, however, I don't want to send him to Cleveland Public Schools. Does anyone know if there is an open enrollment policy or any program that would allow him to commute to an outlying suburban school? Is there a private school for children who live downtown? I would appreciate any feedback on this subject.
