We bought a nice motorhome and tried to sell our house. It's a tough housing market and home did not sell after a year. We just sold our motor home and the house is now off the market.
Still hoping for a chance to own another motor home and travel in it - will there be a chance again to do this?

My family and I live in SE Oklahoma and, though we do like the people and the scenery, the summertime humidity just sucks!! We live in a heavily wooded area near a lake. It's always moist and the bugs are just awful. I can't go outside in the evening for 5 minutes without getting chewed up. So I'm wondering, is there a place in the U.S. with the following characteristics?

Mild weather - snow in the winter but not too many days of being snowed in, warm summers but not so much humidity

Mountains and hills

Streams, creeks, and lakes all around

Small towns with little to no crime

Small schools with the majority of kids being raised with manners and a little bit of common sense

Small farms and ranches ran by simple, laid back country folk who don't care what kind of car you drive or what the tag on your shirt reads.

I know, I'm dreaming, but I might get lucky.

I read about the St . Louis Arch, and I asked my father about it because he's been to St . Louis several times . He said he's never seen it . My mother said it can't be much if my father hasn't seen it . However, my father traveled for work, not to see the sights . When my father traveled, he only saw the really crummy part of the city, so he could visit a city and still never really see it . How tall is the St . Louis Arch -- and can you see it from anywhere in St . Louis ?

I am going to Las Vegas For Labor Day weekend, the first weekend of September. Is it still very hot? Are all the pools at the main casinos on the strip open? I will be staying at Ballys, anything new on the strip that I should not miss, I've been to Vegas 4 times in the past 5 years.

My first Vegas trip!!! Going for a weekend in a few months and don’t know how money works out there. My bank doesn’t have a local branch and I plan on playing with more then I can get from my ATM card. I know I could apply for a marker but don’t need THAT much. I really don’t want to take that much cash on a plane with me either. What do people do? How do they get money?

Went on July 4th weekend 1996 ,watched fireworks from beneath Washington Monument. It was so crowded and distracting couldn't enjoy it. did visit theSmithsonian, you really need a whole day to see what it has to offer. Visited museum of Natural History, interesting. My advice though is not to go on a holiday ,too crowded. The best time we had was when we left and spent a cupla days at Virginia City. It was fun and relaxing.

I am traveling to Florida on Friday, arrive at Tampa, drive south all the way to Key West, then back up to Miami and then ft Lauderdale to fly back! I wanna go diving and other basic stuff but the rest is unplanned. Give me some less know attractions, would be great. Things that don't cost a fortune would also be good. Thanks
