I'm going to Waikki, Maui, Kauai for 3, 4 and 4 nights respectably in late April, any tips of what to expect?

Staying at the Sheraton Princess (W), Sheraton (M) and Sheraton Kauai (K). Any thoughts on those?

What are the best ways to get from the airports to the hotels, are cabs easy to get round there? Or are there better options.

Hotel rooms are all room only, so how much money am I going to need for my 11 nights there for food and drink and entertainment.

I'd appreciate answers from anyone who has been there recently or lives out there. Thanks,

i've researched quite a bit on y.a and the internet for our trip to orlando in june and i've learned a lot though i've still got a way to go! we have the park hopper, universal and discovery cove tickets, now i was thinking that if we go to the major parks, like mk, in the morning, then back to the villa for lunch and a break and follow on to another park later. would this work better doing this for a few days rather than tire ourselves out doing a full day (s) at the parks? we are there for 2 weeks and our girls are 8 and 11. we have to get to the water parks early in the day though, right?

My girlfriend has felt as though she's lost that special warm feeling. I want to show her what beautiful things lie ahead for us by starting with a sunrise in NYC. If anyone could please tell me the best spots to see the sunrise in NYC (or Brooklyn if need be) I'd be greatly appreciative. The more romantic the location the better!

I believe I have sunset covered as we have a favorite park by Chambers Street but that would be welcome as well. Thank you so much!

Seems to me that people who live in large cities don't think twice about walking a few miles ... to transit, to shop, to doctors, work, and whatever else; and that people in medium cities and smaller just hop in their car even to go a half mile or less.

Anyone else notice this?
