If you had the choice, where would you raise your family, Tucson Arizona or Raleigh North Carolina and why?

Tuscon, AZ... I am from Fort Mill SC a small town just outside of Charlotte NC and Raleigh, in my opinion, sucks. It is dirty, old and dull. NC has bad school and the economy in the Raleigh-Durham area is lacking. I have been to Tuscon and the area is bright and beautiful. It just seems nicer.

I would have to say in north Carolina b/c i like the weather over there, and in Arizona the is like nothing to do in NC there is the water and tons to do in the city. but it is really up to the person themselves, i mean its either one or the other, which one you like more east or west, dry or coastal, hot or cold.
