how long before you get addicted to cigaretts? how many months, weeks, or years does it take?
cuz u knw i just started last months..i guess cuz everyone smokes where i work..and i kinda got into it too..

seriously, quit while you are ahead. If you only have been smoking a month it wont be hard stop. Been smoking for 6 years and never wished I began.

i smoked for 3 years... always said i wants addicted and told everyone i could quit if i wanted too...
truelly got addicted right away.... you get a craving.... you are addicted.
smoke for no reason but to smoke, your addicted.
took my 3 yrs of telling myself i could quit b4 i actually had the will power to stop.
mind over matter
QUIT whikle you still can, only 3 yrs of smokeing (im 21) and i can only jump on the trampoline with my son and family for 30 min b4 i get winded!!!
plus the reoccuring chest pains i have now :/

It does not take very long to get addicted to cigarettes. Quit now!

some are addicted after the first few cigerets others ( includding me) can have the ocational cigeret I stoped as soon as I realised I was craving one and my children saw me and told me of they were only very young at the time.

if you started last month put them down . if you continue it might be several months you will know when you wake up and the first thing you do is light one up
