Out of Lincoln Park, Gold Coast, and Wrigleyville, what area has the worst parking availability? Any tips on finding parking? Thanks.

Probably aboout a three-way tie. Seriously, they have zone those areas for parking so badly that an average person can't even park unless it's in front of a parking meter (surprise, surprise) and even those are hard to find. The city has allowed so many neighborhoods to restrict parking to residents with special stickers that they're now going to court to try and get some of those special permit areas changed back. The restaurants and clubs are pissed because patrons can't find anywhere to park if all of the meters are taken and they can't park in the neighborhood because they don't have a permit. Those three neighborhoods are the worst when it comes to special permit parking.

As far a finding parking, there's only the meters. You can park at a meter after 9 p.m. in most areas for free, but you have to move your car by 8 a.m. or you get a ticket. Check the sticker on the meter for specific times. Other than that, circle the block 5 or 6 times like I do.

That's a tough one. I always find parking in the Gold Coast because there are parking garages available. In Wrigleyville and Lincoln Park, you have to rely more on street parking with fewer parking garages.
