I am in the early stages of trying to plan a trip to Disney World. I don't need advice with travel and lodging, but instead I need to know if it is advisable to do the park hopper thing or not? If going to parks on consecutive days is suicudal? Which parks are best suited for an 8 year old girl? If I the alloted time required going to parks on consecutive days, but I do have a day included to rest between 2, what would be the best plan of attack?

I'm looking for some good spots in New York City to sit down and read for a while, both indoors and outdoors. I know I can go to the library or Central Park, but I'm looking for something different. I don't drink coffee or tea, so I'm not big into cafes, but if you have a cool spot you're willing to share, I'd love to hear! Thanks!

I will be driving from Chicago on Route-80 in the summer.
I know that the trip will be 30 hours of driving, according to mapquest.

Everyone says that California drivers are so bad, so I will drive in the night when I get to the California border.

Is Califonia driving as bad as people say it is?

Also, I am only 18 years old.

We are on the Disney dining plan and want to try lots of different places. There are 2 adults and 2 kids-9 & 12. Jiko takes 2 meal credits and Boma only takes one. We were considering doing Boma, will we still get a different taste and have African cuisine choices on the Boma buffet?

We were going to use Jiko as our choice for signature dining but we were thinking instead of going to Yachtsman for signature dining and Boma for our African experience.

We are just tying to get the most out of out Dining Plan. Here our some other selections we have made
Maya Grill
Donald's breakfast @ Animal kingdom
Spirit of aloha dinner show
Mama Melrose-Fantasmic dinner show
Planet Hollywood
L'Originerale Alfredo di Roma Ristorante
Chef Mickey's Breakfast

Also we wanted to eat at teppanyaki, but were informed it would be closed. Anyone know of another Japanese style restaurant at Disney. Not interested in Sushi, but more the habachi style cooking, where the dinner is prepared at the table?

I usually like sweet and not too strong drinks, what do you recommend? Is it possible to order mimosas even in the evening? How about martinis and vodka tonics? are they for free too? Thanks so much!!

Please feel free to recommend any drinks you like, if they're kind of sweet and not strong. Thanks again.
