in Long Beach & L.A. right now? I have been away for a little over a year right now and want to be sure i "fit in" when i return for visits with my Best friend not to mention i like to "keep on top" of it around town here...

hmmm...sketchers same as i am seein round here...not very appealing..look like "granny" shoes...i will wear the rainbows if they are in flats...thanks ladies...hope i see more answers tho..was curious about some of the "higher" ends

dansko...yeah i had some in Santa Cruz...totally cool shoes and great styles! Vans are great but only if i can buy them local in LB and get them custom there..if you get them custom on line you cannot get options you can if in the store ( only offered in LB )

they're plastic clogs in all sorts of bright colors.
or even better, Croc knock-offs at kmart, walmart, even rite aid.
i have three pair and i love them! they are so comfortable and really good for walking.
