In particular, I visited this one place along Skyline Boulevard and it was a huge rock cliff and it overlooked a (redwood?) forest...it took about 1-20 minutes to walk to the cliff from where we parked. I haven't been there in years and don't remember where it is...oh I also remember that the cliff wasn't dirt but a blackish type of rock. PLEASE HELP!!! I want to find this place for a photography assignment. THANKS!!!

A friend will travel from Albuquerque to San Diego by bus (he hates flying) and he doesn't want to use greyhound because is extremely slow and somebody told him about some other bus companies that are a lot faster than greyhound because they don't do stops in every city. Could you mention the name of those companies and if possible their web sites?

Hello everyone I am a senior at The University of Tennessee and have planned on moving to Hawaii with my girlfriend, whom is currently pregnant and I just had a few Questions.

1. How is the aloha spirt when it comes to interracial couples (African American and Italian)?
2. Is Meth "Ice" an extreme problem, and if so what areas have seemed to avoid it as much as possible?
3.How much money would you suggest to have saved to move out there, get situated and find a job?
4. Which business industries are really booming in Hawaii?
5. Between Kenoehe, Kailua which is the best neighborhood?
6. Lastly what is a good website to find an apartment/townhouse in hawaii?

I appreciate everyone's input and hope that these questions also help others whom are planning on moving to hawaii in the future.

The town has just 2,500 people in it. We have a lot of smaller town next to Piedmont as well.

I am going to Orlando for 14 days on my honeymoon this summer; I know I would like to go to the water parks, Disney and Universal.

Should we visit Sea world, or is it just for kids and seniors?

Which is the best mode of Public Transport ?

2007-02-13 04:26:03 · 9 answers · asked by BILL 1 in Washington, D.C.

I would like to move to San Diego within the next year, but find it very difficult to have a car there (I live in NYC- bringing car there, insurance, etc.). Would I be able to survive on relying on public transportation throughout San Diego? I'm not just talking about Downtown either, but more around the Northern Central Area- Pac Beach, Mission Beach, La Jolla, Poway, etc. I also realize that public transportation isn't like it is here in NYC- I know that. I heard biking is bigger in SD too, but I don't exactly think I'll be biking to work each day (maybe leisurely though). Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

We are taking a family trip to Orlando, FL in mid-March. It will be my mother, my 19 yr old brother, my husband, myself and my almost 22 month old daughter. We hope to have my older cousin and her 4 year old son come up a day or 2 from Ft. Lauderdale where they live. We will have 2 different units at a timeshare. Since we go to Orlando almost every year, I'm not trying to make a lot of plans for our daughter. I definitely want to do Islands of Adventure for the SeussLand and the Magic Kingdom. My husband and I have to do Epcot so he can do Mission Space and MGM for the Tower of Terror. The 2 year old will probably stay with my mom at the pool for those trips. Does anybody have an experience with their toddler that turned out to be the toddler's favorite? In those areas or others?
