No thats not too long..I used to work for the post office and it may take up to 20+ days depending on the method they sent it. Airmail= plane. Bulk=boat.

I bought something off ebay from someone in England, and it took nearly a month for it to get here. I guess depending on when the person sent it goes into effect, but I wouldn't be worried.

I haven't sent or received packages overseas in a long time, but 2 weeks doesn't sound too long (unless your friend paid extra for rapid shipment).
