Definitely priceline.com. Sometimes the hotel websites are cheaper than the third party sites like hotwire or expedia. Or just calling the hotel. It can be surprising.

there was a website that i found on google just typing in bid on hotels and i found a website that you put an offer in and when how long and what star you would like it and it searches for them we got the marriot hotel for 4 nights for £20 per room you can get it for anywhere in the world

Try hotels.com or priceline.com, make sure you get there because you can not cancel the reservations through these sites.
