I like living close to the beach, but I want to be extremely rural. Which state do think would be better? Montana or Oregon?

I know it's kind of late to ask but hoping someone else has rented thru them and maybe it would help stop my sister from thinking so negative about them. I did check the better business bureau of Florida and found nothing. The place I usually rent houses from were booked so I decided to go with Florida Five Star and got us a poolside home 1 mile from Disney, now my sister thinks we are going to end up at a vacant lot with no house. Hi, i currently live in Indiana. I have $2,000 saved up.I would like to move to North Carolina. I dont know anybody there. I would like to move there in July.
