I was just wondering what the best things are to do there that are affordable or even free. I want to have a good time but not spend a bundle either.

What are the best clubs that are not expensive to get into? One of my friends thought of getting a VIP pass for $120 that will let you go to all clubs but I really don't think this is worth it, we are only there for 2 nights.

A few months ago, I was passing through New Braunfels in Texas (very close to San Antonio) and I accidently came across a beautiful park. It had streams running through it that were so clear, they were like glass. And there was like a dock leading out into this lake and I could see seaweed-like plants in there. I have no idea what this park was called! Does anyone know? Or does anyone have a list of the parks in New Braunfels?

three friends of mine from Europe and myself are planning a trip to the south of the US this May. Of course, we want to spend as little money as possible - especially on motels/hotels. Are chains like motel6 etc. the cheapest way to go? Are these places often overbooked or is it ok to go there without making a reservation in advance? How much is a cheap room for four? Thanks! I'm considering two positions in Eastern Washington, one in Wenatchee and one in Yakima. This vacation needs to be cheap under 2000. I would prefer not to go out of the united states and stay in the area of new york down to north carolina! My two girls are high maitnice...Coach purses,pointe class,cellphones,labtops,ipods,dvd players(portable),spas,nails,clothnig and all that great stuff. Its for my daughter thts turning 13!! It has to be special. They dont care about history.....no museums...we want to go out of ny and florida is too far.
