I’d like to hitchhike across the country (Buffalo to Oklahoma City, specifically) for Spring Break. Who has some pointers? Interstates or state/county roads? Probability of success?

Please don’t say DUHR THAT’S ILLEGAL!!11 U CAN GET KILLED!! I know we live in a culture of fear but some of us won’t eat at that table.

I am planning a family reunion in vegas and I wanted to know if the cirque du soleil shows are appropriate for kids. I know one of them is definetly not. If you have any other suggestions for kid friendly shows other than Circus Circus that would be helpful too. Thanks in advance.

Was wondering what the general prices are of things...gas right now, milk, beer, cigarettes, a dinner out.....I'm from the midwest and things seem cheap here, but I wasn't sure about there. Any input will be appreciated! Thanks

We have not been to Disney World before and may go in mid August, is this a good time? What is the weather, crowds, costs and hurricane season like, anything closed at that time of year?

We have a 12 year old boy, what may he like to do and what will us adults like?

Does it costs lots to enter each park and how much? Is there a ticket that can be used for all parks or is it best to figure out which park you want that day to save money.

I really want to make this a blast for us all but want to be sensible and not be in debt when we come home.

If you have any tips please write them out.

Is there anything else in the area of the park, say within an hours drive, that we could do as well?

We already have a relatives rental to stay at and saved some money there.
We may be there 1-2 weeks.

My husband, 11 y/o daughter & I are planning a trip to Orlando around the beginning of May. We want to get the park hoppers for all 4 parks (Magic/Animal Kingdom, Epcot, & MGM). We live in St Louis & my husband mentioned driving because it'd be cheaper, I'd rather fly. We want to stay from one Friday until the following Friday. Would you drive or fly? And do you think staying 8 days/7 nights would be too long (we weren't sure how much time we'd need to plan on staying at each park). We also want to go to the beach(es). Thanks!

I'm not from L.A. or have ever been there, but from what I have read and heard on the Net is that there are some Crip sets banging against other Crip sets? I thought that the Crips were supposed to be banging against the Bloods and Chicano gangs like the Surenos. I'm not encouraging that ANY gang bang against another gang, but DAMN, I'm surprised to hear that some Crips are banging against other Crips and it's usual for us to hear that the Crips are banging against the Bloods (not ONLY in L.A., but in St. Louis, NYC, San Antonio, in my hometown of Atlanta, and in other cities where there are Crips and Bloods). Tell me what's up!

I am moving the end of April to Chicago from Atlanta. I am looking on sites for apartments, I would love to stay downtown or near the lake, but all the apartments are pretty expensive. Can someone please tell me names of areas that are right outside of downtown? For example, I see there are places like Wicker Park, Lincoln park..etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I need some info from frequent Disney World visitors. I've been to WDW during July 4th and want to know how it compares with the first week of April as far as crowds & queu lines. The July 4th week didn't seem that bad to me. Is the first week of April busier? If so, how much busier? How long will I wait for popular rides & the not-so-popular rides?

I'm going to visit some friends who live in Austin and going to college there. What is some entertainment/fun that's near where they live and go to school. I'm not from this area so I wanted a pretty good idea of what to do.Also, the trip will be the week of March 20-27, what would be going on, as in events or must sees during that time?

I need to do some laundry during a 24 hour layover at O'Hare this weekend and I have too much to send to the laundry at the hotel (too expensive). Does anyone know if there is a laundermat near O'Hare? If you do, please tell me where and if you could give me some landmarks that would be great. I am thinking there must be something down by the Target store behind where rental cars are dropped off. Thanks in advance :)
