Get a fur shoulder coat. There are also those fur hand warmers.

Wear what you would to any wedding, but bring a heavy coat as well. The only time the cold will be an issue is getting from your car to the church or reception hall. Once you're inside, it's no different than a summer wedding.

A long heavy coat is a must. After that, whatever you need to do to keep warm. The wedding is going to be inside, isn't it? Just run from the car to the church and spend as little time a possible outside.
