Because our landlord is increasing our 2 bedroom apartment from $850-900 because of the reasons above. And what the hell is scavenger service bills? I cannot find any mention of any gatherings or parties in Vegas for Mardi Gras this year, Tuesday, February 20th. I even checked the Rio Casino and cannot find a calendar of events that lists any special events on that day. What do the locals do? Anything?
