Does it go by another name?
I have found this site, it has numerous working/guest ranches listed but not Tag Rittle or anything even close to it:

I also did a search at SuperPages for Tag Rittle in Wyoming - there is no listing for it in the whole state. It would be unlikely a working ranch would be unlisted!:

My Dad hunted there over thirty years ago - and Tag was in his sixties or so - Possibly is no longer alive ?
