You can find that service in the Las Vegas yellow pages, or you can check with the Hotel you're staying with they generally have a service they recommend.
There are several hotel that provide a very nice service. These include the "Kids Quest" facilities at Station Casinos http://www.stationcasinos.com >to read all about them. These are very safe, secure, fun, environments. The kids can play, watch movies, sleep, eat, etc...Kids Quest accepts children as young as 6 weeks and as old as 12, yes, they separate the kids by age...
Kids Tyme at Orleans is pretty much the same as Kids Quest except the kids have to be at least 2 YO and potty trained...
http://www.orleanscasino.com - for some reason they do not mention Kids Tyme on their site. I was just at the Orleans in December and it was up and running so I would give them a call if you're interested 1-800-675-3267 -
The Orleans gets my vote as the best overall value hotel in LV, and I guess I'm not the only one who thinks they are a good deal. They received the "trip advisor" award as the #2 best value hotel in the world...
I don't know if they still have their's, Sam's Town has done a lot of renovation since the last time I checked. They had a child care facility at one time and they would watch the kids for free, so long as you stayed on property. 1-800-634-6371
You may have a special reason for making your request in this way. Just to throw out another option, and one that worked well for us. We started taking our little girl to LV when she was 3 and we took along our own baby sitter. It really was not all that difficult to talk a cousin, grandma, friend into a free trip to LV in exchange for a few hours a day babysitting. We paid for airfare and hotel expenses, and for entertainment>she loved the Fantasy Faire games at Excalibur..
Our "little" girl is 15 now and she still loves Las Vegas. She has always had a ball there. When she was little the three adults would take turns watching her. There really are hundreds of things to entertain kids with in LV. Never, ever have we been sorry we took her along.
Have a great time.

CAll the front desk of the hotel and ask for the concerige. Request a sitter/company the hotel uses often--most importantly make sure the sitter is insured and bonded. IF they are, they have been checked out and here's a little secret, asked around at the hotel, alot of hotel workers babysit on the side for extra cash. Just remember to tip well.

call and ask your hotel if they recommend a service , but I gotta ask, your really going to leave your child in a strange town with a complete stranger? Would a better idea be to leave the child at home with trusted friends or relatives? Or perhaps take your sitter with you?

I surely have considered unmarried lodges offered out the position they don't have any rooms accessible yet not in any respect all of them. although at that element rooms have a tendency to become very extreme priced as call for is extreme. they at the instantaneous are searching at remaining both flooring or towers to shop the will for workers right down to regulate expenditures. likely a 50/50 chance that your room will be reused that evening once you inspect.

Most of the major resort casinos offer this service. I would call ahead to make sure. It is a common request in that city.
