My best friend and I want to kayak from Hudson to Kingston, staying overnight at the lighthouse in Saugerties. We plan to wear wetsuits and bring plenty of fluids, energy supplements, etc. We are both experienced. Does anyone have good advice for making this journey?

I need to 'start over' I have been in Chicago all my life and I feel stagnated.

I have a 4-year degree in business and am in grad school for my MBA and my master's in accounting and finance so work isn't a huge issue but would like it if the job market were good.

My husband and I are going next week and staying at the Venetian (10 yr anniversary). Please help me choose which restaurants and shows to attend. There are so many, I don't have a clue where to start. Don't mind spending a little money, but want it to be worth it. I have never went out of town before and I live in Kentucky. Can someone please let me know where to look up tickets for this event or any Nascar Race. I have been a fan of the sport since I was 5 years old and looking forward to spending time down there. Or even maybe a race that is closer like Bristol or Indy.
