My boss is sending me wherever I want to go. He wants to send me to San Francisco.

I'm 22 as well. Where are you from in the U.S.? If he's sending you somewhere in the country, I'd suggest NYC, San Diego, or Miami. At 22 you could have a lot of fun at night in NYC or Miami and San Diego is beautiful. If you can go internationally, there's nothing like Italy. Florence and Rome are amazing and over so much to see and do. Amsterdam was fun and Prague has a nightlife like no other (in my opinion the most underrated city in Europe, especially its architecture). But Italy offers beauty and an adventure unparellel to any other place (at least that I've been).

It depends on how much time you have and how much your boss is willing to spend. If your travel is limited to the US then NYC would be my pick. Museums, coffee houses and great food during the day and clubs and musicals at night. If you can travel abroad then you really have many options. If money is not a problem then Europe what be awsome, Belgium - Beer, Chocolate. England - pubs, clubs and incredible museums. Italy, Spain, Portugal...anywhere in Europe really. Greek islands and incredible. In SE Asia, Thailand is a place that will have you returning year after. The beaches are unparalled, relaxing nights on the beach or crazy full moon parties. There are SO many great places to go in the world, you could spend a lifetime traveling and I wish I were.

It really depends on how much money you want to spend, but I think NYC would be a great place for you to visit.

If you're an outdoors person, try the Grand Canyon. Camping there is awesome.
