Hi there,

I am moving from the scorching Phoenix desert to Seattle at the beginning of January. I have about 2 years of school under my belt from AZ colleges ( English Lit major) and I wanted to transfer to a university up there. I am actually thinking about going to Seattle Central Community College for a year so I can go to school instate at UofW. Is SCCC a good school, how is the location? I was also wondering about the location UofW as well, is it located close to SCCC. I was also wondering about Seattle as a whole....is it a good place to live for young people (my boyfriend and I are 19 and 21)? Please let me know what you think.....I really appreciate your help.

P.s. What is the best neighborhood to live in, with the most to do (for cheap....)

I've been searching the major travel sites for hotels, but there are so many different areas within Chicago from which to choose, and I don't want to end up getting a hotel far from the places on my itinerary.

It's rather confusing to someone who isn't familiar with the area.
Safety is our main concern, so I'd like to know which hotels offer safe, convenient parking at little or no cost.

We are a young couple, so we're looking for a budget hotel and aren't concerned with luxury since we will barely be there anyways. I just want a clean, safe room with a decent shower (hotel showers always suck).

These are some of the places we'll be visiting, so let me know what area I should look for:

Riviera club
Twisted Spoke
Lincoln Park Zoo
Hard Rock
The Cheescake Factory
Bachelors Grove Cemetery
Navy Pier
Mexican Fine Arts Center
The Alley
Nocturnal Dominion
Medusa's Circle
Layer
Ragstock
Silver Moon
Hancock Observatory
Chinatown
Greektown
Buckingham Fountain

I'm from Texas. My tickets to NYC earlier this year were in the $200's, but in searching for tickets to California, it's at least $100 more.

I'm from southern California--I can get through the winter wearing jeans, a t-shirt and a thin fleece. Now I'm moving to a state (MN) where it is cold and snows more months than it is warm. I need some serious and practical wardrobe suggestions from head to toe.

People will go from A to B on the net and Tell you why The Steelers suck, but this blog is about why the CITY SUCKS, okay, I don't no one posting messages about why Steelers suck

So here I go, Here is why I Think Pittsburgh sucks.

1. The Transportation system here is limited, Theres only PAT Buses and the subway they DO have only go's to a place called South Hill Villege

2. It's raining every other day. I like rain, but not though out the week, what the hell, IF you think it tops it off,the snow will drive you nuts

3 The trrafic here is ok, but the Drivers in Pittsburgh like doing something we call, The Pittsburgh Left!,AWWWW, why? but the traffic is better than LA.b

4. Most Of the people( not everyone) are cold, snotty, narrow minded individuals. They only know about their neiboorhood, they don''t give a rats ass about the rest of . they exclude you from the Pittsburgh Culture, it's really hard to relate to them unless you 1.GREW-up in their neiborhood,5 no jobs young
