The ones where retired people live. How much are they by the week/month?

Depends a lot on where you are asking about.

The answer is yes. Avg cost, $350 a month for an older, less than nice hotel, in a less than desireable area of town. $500 a month or so for a halfway decent one in an okay area of a city or town. And $950+ for the specialty, nicely done retirement hotels.

Cost will of course vary by region and city.
