Hi
Ill be moving to NY in a couple of years-after im done with my hotel mgmt degree-I will be starting off with $45,000 annualy and my girlfriend makes $40,000 already. So we're willing to spend 1500$ -2000$ on a 1 br apt.

MOST IMPOTANTLY
I hate the bay area coz its too quiet-i want a neighboorhood where i get up at 3.00 AM and i can see people moving about or cars going around-I love the busy street noise. When i get up at 7.00 AM i wanna see people going to work and everyone in a hurry.
Do you think midtown East is what im looking for-and also is midtown east safer than midtown west.
I found a LOT of listings on craigslist for Upper east side,Upper West side,Midtown for that price range.
Thanks
Andy

I am looking for a reasonably priced home, with a good amount of land (preferably a few acres), in a rural area, but close by to a suburban/city area, and preferably in a warmer area, with good, clean air, and, if possible, a place where the jobs pay decent.

What is unique about Phoenix that you can't find elsewhere? If none, what are some things that are unique about Phoenix. How is Phoenix different from the other cities? Would you say it is better that many other cities as a place to live and work?

Have Americans got a superiority complex ?
I travel in the US frequently and I reckon that I know your physce (sorry spelling).
You see, it seems to me that you guys think that you invented everything and that you gave the world everything because of your superior knowledge. You don't seem to think that the rest of the world invented most things.
..and incidently I go to the US because I happen to like you and your country.

We've been talking about this for awhile. I'd like to take them to a place in Florida where they can swim with and pet dolphins. I expect there are several places. I would appreciate feedback if you have done this and would like to know where you went, what it cost, and if you thought it was worth it. Thanks.
