There really aren't any that allow 18 and over to enter. You might wanna try outside of Downtown, the Rivera, might still host 18 and under parties, but as I really think you would have a better chance in finding something not in the immediate Downtown area.

Go to nightclubs.com they have info on lots of nightclubs in Chicago and other cities. They list everything from the age requirements to the style of dress. Hope that helps.
