Hi there,

I have only a few days in Thailand and am trying to find a tour that I can re-book. I would like to spend 1 day in Bangkok shopping then the rest just island hopping and maybe a bit of jungle/mountain trekking.
I would like to pre-book a group tour ( for young people) as I am going alone.
I tried contiki but they dont do tours in Thailand.

Can anyone help me?

Leaving Australia for the 1st time and taking a teaching job in Pattaya. Paniking and wondering if I've made the right decision! I got ripped off last time by the taxis....so I though I'd ask you guys!

Got charged 350 + road tolls just to Sukhumvit Soi 18, whilst my friend (who speaks Thai) in another cab did the whole journey for 230 baht!

So any ideas people?

His name is Tony Murphy and I heard he has just bought a bar opposite another English owned one in Pattaya.
He comes from Hillingdon in Midddlesex and his family have not heard from him in weeks which is not like him as he has children here,

According to my Thai friends they say there are some legitimate shops here. There are wholesalers here. I visited them. They seem professional (have business cards...which obviously does not mean they are legit but it is a good sign). They seem very organized as well.

Also, not knowing much about silver I do not know what I am getting myself into! - leaves me vulnerable. Obviously I trust these shops much more than street vendors!
