Does anybody know where I can still buy summer clothes and bikinis?

You can buy ANYTHING in Thailand. You will have no problems getting summer clothes and bikinis. The problem may be getting things YOUR size as user -MargaretJ said. But as for people take advantage of "Farang" (or "phelang" as user mim1978h called them) that is not necessarily true in every case. If you do a bit of research before you go there and learn about haggling for prices - which is quite good fun to do, you will have great time shopping. In Bangkok - Pratunam market is a great place for clothes. Have a great trip.

Go there with an empty suitcase! They sell tons of beach clothes and casual clothes for almost nothing there (sandles, bathing suits, t-shirts, casual clothes, shorts....). You get all the good names for a fraction of the price - Bangkok and every beach resort has countless shops along the tourist areas selling clothes. Thailand is a great place to arrive with lost baggage! I have flown there with only a suit case full of business clothes, and within 10 minutes of checking into my hotel - been all suited up with new clothes from a shop across the street from the hotel - easy, fun and cheap!

You can find clothes easily there. It is summer there whole year through!
Bargain clthes, head for Pratunam wholesale center. In the nearby shops and stores, you can get better quality clothes at slightly higher price than the wholesale center, but worth the price.
In the shopping malls, especially Central Departments, Tokyu, Isetan, Robinson, you can find imports clothes and bikinis to your heart contend. Just look for one near you, especially in Chidlom, Silom.

It would have to be Ebay-Don't rely on finding a bikini over there cos their stuff is unreliable.
Also they take advantage out of 'Phelangs' as they put it.
Any Europeans they take advantage of with 'Thai' price or 'Phelang' price.Which is twice the price.I know cos my step sister is Thai and she'd do my shopping for me cos it would be cheaper.
Thai products are generally poorer quality too.

if you have a DUNNES STORE near you they have bikinis i was looking @ them to-day , you will strugle to fine cloths above a size 12 in thailnd you can get cheep shoes @ 100 bhat a pair

there much cheaper there.
take a empty suitcase and bring a full one back
