About 10 kilometre from the city of Kanchanabur you can find one hotel not too expensive 900 bht very good....Ban Suan Phon for more information contact. pikulthailand.com

you can stay on the floating guesthouse, if i'm not wrong, i stayed at sam floating house last year,though the room is rather spartan, its relatively clean and comfortable.
if you are coming by bus from bangkok, once you alight from the bus, you will see some trishaw waiting around,
they will be able to take you around to the various guesthouse to check them out.
