Having fun means go karting if any, none of the "obvious" fun things lmao.

It all depends what you call "fun".

You have Go-Karts, Bungee Jumping, Scuba Diving, Crocodile Farms, Butterfly Farm, Cabaret Shows, Mini Submarine Dives, Deep Sea Fishing, Golf Courses and Driving Ranges, Shooting Ranges, Million Years Natural Park, Parachute Rides and Parachute Jumps, Boating/Sailing, Windsurfing, Horseback Riding...and more!

Of course, one of the main attractions for bar hooping is on Walking Street.

Apart from the obvious, here are a few fun things in Pattaya:

- Go-karts -- I did see them somewhere along Beach Road (lower numbered sois). Did not try them.
- Parasailing -- you get a parachute and the boat drags you around the bay. Amazing views, a thrilling experience. I paid 400 baht for on time (~10 min of sailing + a boat trip to the platform and back). Worth every penny.
- Koh Larn -- an island off the coast with *really* nice beaches (Pattaya beach itself is not that nice). If you go to the pier, you can catch a Thai boat for 80 baht both ways (40 min)... or a speedboat for however much you negotiate (they try to get insane sums at first).
- Bungee -- somewhere in Jomtien. Haven't tried.
- Jetski -- reasonabley cheap, ~400 baht for 30 min. A bit bumpy on the waves, but certainly worth a try.

I'm sure you'll find many other fun things to do -- I think that pretty much any crazy-touristy-fun thing you can think of can be found in Pattaya. It's a Thai version of Las Vegas, just without the gambling :)

They have a lot of things to do including go-karts, paint ball parks, parasailing, horse back riding, wind surfing, etc. Check out the below like to A to Z Pattaya it lists what businesses deal in the "Sport" or the local club or arena.

http://www.a2zpattaya.com/index.htm

There is also an entertainment section and shopping section. And a section about Pattaya and Thailand. How to get there, how to get around etc.

It's one of the better sites for a location I have ever seen.

Have a good trip there. It can be a bit more wild than Bangkok. Just check out the Walking Street in south Pattaya and you will know why.

Good luck and have a good trip.

Pattaya is a fun beach town. There is a neat place down Sukmuvit road called "Mini Siam."
It is about 40 acres and has lots of minature buildings from around the world (Eiffel Tower, Russia, Statue of Liberty, Pyramids, etc.) Next door they have a go-cart track. Also check out "Pattaya Park." They have a giant lazy river and water park, also some fun roller coasters. There is also a giant observation tower like the Stratosphere in Vegas. You can see for miles. There is "Buddha Hill" which has a temple with statues and monks, kinda cool.
You can rent a moped to get around but be careful, there is alot of traffic.

Its an adult disneyland but the Thai government is trying more to make it a family place. The beach is not nice. Too many great beaches in Thailand. Thailand is very safe except near the Maylasian border. If you are going to get robbed cheated or scammed in Thailand the best odds is in Pattaya. and it could be a Farang. Its still a fun place. Go for it
