His name is Tony Murphy and I heard he has just bought a bar opposite another English owned one in Pattaya.
He comes from Hillingdon in Midddlesex and his family have not heard from him in weeks which is not like him as he has children here,

If he own a bar he would be easy to find. However if he owns a bar he probably has a Thai girlfriend by now and does not want to be found (yet). Go to Pattaya and talk some sense into him

As a foreigner he might have had to register an address with Thai immigration it might be possible to track him down with there help.
