If all you want is 30 days - you may prefer a local low-end hotel where you pay 800 - 1200 TBH/ day and negotiate a 20% discount for 30 day stay. Staying in a serviced flat for only 30 days is a lot of work to find for a short time (a hassle = not worth it). You can try the President Park Serviced Apartements (google them) - they are more high-end and have several propreties to choose from. Or check out Bangkok Post on-line for listings.
