The trip would probably begin and end in Amsterdam. I would like to travel to Switzerland/pragues etc. Will one visa do for whole of europe. Where to find the best deals of hotels?

I'm planning a move to San Francisco in a couple of months. I'd love to live in a place that has the following:

-Close proximity to a number of vegan/vegetarian/organic restaurants. My fav place in the city is Cafe Gratitude so anywhere I can live close to a variety of places like that would be awesome.

-Close proximity to a good yoga studio or two. I've been spoiled living in Santa Monica as it's the capital of good yoga. But I know SF has a lot of good stuff too.

-Close proximity to public transportation and ZipCar/FlexCar. Probably won't have a car but will need to get back and forth from SFO/OAK and also down to the South Bay.

What do you think the best places would be for this?

I am studying Spanish in Salamanca , Spain this semester. I will be here until Decemeber 17 when I return to the states. I don´t have a large budget to work with but would like to take three short four day trips while I am here. The university I am studying at an attendence policy of where I can only miss 10% of the classes and still get credit. We also only have scheduled week days off. And now to my question. Can you suggest some travel advice for someone like me on a tight budget? Can you please suggest some cities that are the best bang for the buck? I was thinking London and Paris and maybe a German city. How do Hostals usually work? Any advice would be very well recieved! I will be traveling by myself.

I am travelling to Mumbai soon and like my sports. Staying near Nariman and would like to get out a bit before sitting in a conference all day. Can anyone recommend any good running routes around Nariman? Or even a good swimming pool? There would probably be a few of us running - is this the "done thing" in India, or would it be completely unusual and perhaps best not recommended? Or perhaps there are some places where the Mumbai jogging community go to?
Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks!

My good friend recently got a job teaching children English in a small city of Baeza, Andalucia, Spain. He has lived in America his entire life and is leaving all of his family and friends. I really want to spend a year in the USA but I'm having trouble working out what visa I'd need. I'm not particulary qualified in anything but would probably want a live-out nanny job. I am looking at a flight with Ryan Air which arrives at Paris Beauvais I think this is not one of the major Paris airports? Can anyone confirm this, if you have arrived there how long does it take and how much does it cost to get to central paris.

I'm looking into a room share in the Lower East Side at Columbia and Delancey. I know most of the areas of Manhattan but I'm not familiar at all with the LES.
Is this a safe area and is there anything I need to be concerned about? Obviously the general rule of not walking by yourself at 2 am, etc. applies everywhere.
