i have never used the restroom on a plane,i bring my own toilet...like the ones they train kids with. i dont know why but i think it is because of the germs in the bathrooms. from what i have heard people like to "enjoy" themselves in the restrooms, i beleive it is called the mile high club? how should i get over my fear of using a planes bathroom? or should i keep using my training potty?

Often, when I go overseas, after a couple of days i get stomach sick, and , sometimes, diarrhea. Just for one-two days. Same thing happens when I get back. I guess the food is just defferent. Any tips on how to avoid this, and maybe some nonprescription drugs I should take with me just in case?

This is my first time to go on a cruise and I am wondering if there is a restriction when it comes to what kind of shoes to wear. I usually wear open shoes/sandals with high heels to match my dress. is that ok?

Dear all,
our family is considering moving to Austria. Could you give us a little detail on the Education in Austria. What quality is it compare to other countries, how much does one year in college usually cost? (I heard it's free, but I think it's too good to be true:)
Thanks a lot!

What are some good Vegas hotels?
I'm going in September - I'm looking for cheap, cheap cheap, but still nice and in a good location, and way down The Strip and miles from everything!
Share some personal experiences too!

Japan is now introducing a "jury" system, though it actually seems more like extending the 3 judge panel system by adding regular citizens (unlike for example in the U.S. when the jurors are separate deciders from the judge who kind of umpires the process)

Hi,
I will be a student in NYC, and I need somewhere to park my car for the 15-31 August, so that's 16 days. I found some information here: http://www.panynj.gov/CommutingTravel/path/html/harrison.html
However, does anybody from the area know, will any/most of the places allow me to park my car for 16 days or is it only a daily/monthly thing? I'm just looking for the cheapest options. There's metropark, NJ but that's farther away. Those 3 dollar garages look pretty good.
Lastly, would this be a safe area to leave the car and to walk around in? Thanks

I am thinking of taking a short-ish trip to southeast asia (perhaps nepal or burma) with some friends. I have traveled extensively, but never with a tour company. I have always been hesitant to travel with an organized tour, as they have generally seemed to be so focused on the big sights, and so uninterested in cultural immersion. On the other hand, my friends and I have only limited experience in southeast asia, and we thought this might be a nice introduction to some of the areas off the beaten track. Does anyone have any good tour groups to recommend?
In particular, we would like to company that is focused on young people (we are all in our early to mid 20s), and also adventuresome, small-ish, no luxury required...and no hyper-scheduled so we can also go off a bit alone sometimes.
Thanks for your help! Any recommendations are much appreciated. Also, any ideas on spots to visit off the beaten track (we are already familiar with the major tourist points in India and china)?
