It just depends on what types of people you are interested in meeting...

If you have interests/hobbies that really interest you, you might find groups and clubs of people that are specialized in that. For example, I'm really into biking, so I might go look for local bike clubs to hang out with, talk bikes, and such. I've got a Volkswagen club that we all are into old VW's. Things like that.

If you are into the bar/club scene, just getting out and meeting people will just depend on what types of clubs/bars you like to hang out at or what type of people you like to hang out with.

If you go to church, like-minded people of the same age are usually pretty friendly and hang out together that you can meet at church/church events.

Are you new to Seattle or just interested in meeting new people? If you already know people and are here, perhaps their friends are of interest to you as well. You are friends with them and so are their friends, so perhaps you have some connections already?

If you are 21 or older and can afford to pay for the events sign up with eventsandadventures.com. They have events in the Seattle area all the time, like game nights with the Mariners, dinners out, etc.

Become a volunteer at Metrocenter YMCA on fourth avenue . Enter at the Youth Development entrance (south end of building) and take elevator to basement.
